By using LogiChat ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description

LogiChat is a SaaS AI chatbot platform for brokers that qualifies leads and books meetings. The Service integrates with a separate AI brain service to process conversations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. LogiChat cannot be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws. You are responsible for all content and communications processed through your account.

4. Data

You retain ownership of your data. LogiChat processes conversation data and contact information solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Termination

LogiChat may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LogiChat does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
