LogiChat ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: Your name, email address, company name, and specialty, provided during signup or OAuth sign-in (Google or Microsoft).
Conversation data: Messages processed through the AI chatbot, stored to provide and improve the Service.
Contact data: Contact lists you import (CSV) for outbound campaigns.

2. How We Use Data

To provide the Service, process conversations via our AI brain, display dashboards, and send communications on your behalf. We do not sell or rent your data.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google and Microsoft (OAuth sign-in), and Sentry (error tracking). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@logipret.ca.

5. Security

We use row-level security policies, encrypted connections (TLS), and service-role keys kept server-side. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@logipret.ca for any privacy-related requests.
